Operating discipline for owner-led businesses.

Ascendant Strategies works with a small number of owners on how their business sells, operates, and serves customers — mapping the work, deploying automation and AI where it pays back, and staying long enough to see it hold.

The practice

Three ways to work together.

Advisory

AI & operations consulting

Most businesses aren't short on effort — they're short on leverage. We map how work actually moves, find the steps that shouldn't be done by hand, and deploy automation and AI where the payback is fastest. The goal is a team that runs faster after we leave.

Fractional

Executive leadership on your terms

Interim CRO and COO capacity for owners who need executive judgment without an executive hire. Stand up the revenue channel, fix the handoffs between sales and delivery, build the operating model — and own the number while doing it.

Acquisition

Succession & ownership transition

For owners of profitable, well-run businesses thinking about what comes next. We work on operational readiness and positioning ahead of a transition — and, in the right situation, as the buyer.

The principal

Twenty-five years building and running revenue operations.

My career has been spent selling and delivering transformation for large financial institutions — building revenue lines from nothing, leading global teams through complex multi-year deals, and sitting on client steering committees where the decisions actually got made.

That work runs on a specific discipline: understand how the operation really functions, find where the leverage is, and hold the plan through execution. Ascendant applies the same discipline at a scale where the results show up quickly.

I take on a small number of engagements at a time. The fastest way to find out whether it's a fit is a conversation.
